The Rubber-Lined Wafer Manual Butterfly Valve is a corrosion-resistant, cost-effective flow control device designed for reliable shut-off and throttling in low to medium pressure systems. It features a compact wafer-style body that fits between flanges, a manual lever or gear operator, and a resilient rubber lining (commonly EPDM, NBR, or other elastomers) that ensures tight sealing and protects the valve body from aggressive media. The valve’s disc rotates 90 degrees to control fluid flow with minimal pressure drop and torque.

Built for durability and ease of use, the valve’s rubber lining reduces internal wear and extends service life—making it a dependable choice for frequent open-close operations. The streamlined structure simplifies maintenance, and its lightweight design is ideal for space-restricted installations.
