The Adjustable Pressure Reducing Valve is designed to automatically reduce and maintain downstream pressure in water and fluid control systems. It features a diaphragm-actuated design, ensuring stable performance and precise pressure regulation. The valve is divided into two types: diaphragm type and piston type. It consists of the main valve (5), pilot valve (2), valve (4), filter (3), pressure gauge, and other components.
It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, fire water supply systems, and drainage systems to reduce upstream pressure (both dynamic and static) to a suitable downstream level for normal use.
The higher the upstream pressure, the greater the pressure drop.
By replacing components such as intermediate tanks and resistance devices, the outlet pressure adjustment range can be widened—up to 10% to 80% before the valve.
