Product Overview

MacoTango Valve’s ANSI swing check valves are designed and manufactured in full compliance with ANSI standards. Featuring a compact structure, aesthetic appearance, and excellent performance, ANSI swing check valves operate automatically based on the flow of the medium and are used to prevent backflow in pipelines. They are widely used in systems such as water supply, wastewater, chemical, petrochemical, and power generation. This type of check valve includes a hinge mechanism that allows the disc to close under its own weight or backpressure. Its main functions are to prevent media backflow, protect pumps and compressors from damage, and mitigate water hammer effects.

Product Features

Reliable Non-Return Function: Designed to prevent reverse flow, protecting pumps, compressors, and other equipment from damage due to backflow.

Durable Construction: Made from high-quality materials like stainless steel or carbon steel, ensuring longevity in demanding applications.

Low-Pressure Drop: The swing design minimizes pressure loss, allowing efficient flow in open positions.

Flexible Sealing Options: Metal-to-metal or soft seals available to meet the needs of various applications and media types.

Meets Industry Standards: Complies with American standards for quality, safety, and performance.
