The bellows globe valve is a type of linear motion valve designed to regulate or completely shut off fluid flow. It features a metallic bellows seal welded to both the valve bonnet and stem to ensure zero leakage to the atmosphere, making it ideal for hazardous, toxic, or high-purity applications. This design eliminates the need for traditional gland packing, significantly enhancing sealing performance and reducing maintenance frequency.
Constructed from robust materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel, bellows globe valves offer excellent resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosive media. With precise throttling capability and positive shutoff, this valve type is widely trusted across multiple demanding industries.
Bellows globe valves are ideal for nominal pressure PN1.6–4.0 MPa, operating temperatures from −20°C to 350°C. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and electric power industries under various working conditions, such as pipeline cut-off or connection of media like steam, oil, or water.
The product features a compact structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and a neat appearance.
The sealing surface is overlay-welded with cobalt-based alloy, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
The valve stem is quenched and tempered, and its surface is treated with nitriding for superior corrosion and wear resistance.
Equipped with a double seal structure, ensuring enhanced reliability.
The stem position is easily visible, improving operational clarity.
Components such as the valve body material, flange ends, and butt weld ends can be customized based on operating conditions or user requirements to meet the needs of different engineering applications.
