Alternative Fuel Service (AFS) Ball Valves are engineered for high-performance and reliability in alternative fuel applications, including hydrogen and compressed natural gas (CNG) systems. Designed to handle pressures up to 6000 psig (413 bar) and temperatures ranging from -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C), these valves ensure leak-tight integrity with spring-loaded seats and low-temperature fluorocarbon seals.
AFS ball valves provide flexibility and ease of use. All wetted components are fully compatible with hydrogen and CNG. Each valve undergoes rigorous leak testing with nitrogen or compressed air to ensure zero visible leaks. Additional options include pneumatic actuators, handle color customization, and field repairable seal kits.
