Product Overview

The Electric Lug Knife Gate Valve is a precision-engineered isolation valve designed for reliable shutoff in demanding flow control applications. Featuring a unidirectional or bidirectional wafer-lug body design, it enables easy installation between flanges and allows for downstream removal without system disassembly. Driven by an electric actuator, the valve ensures remote, automated control with consistent performance in systems requiring infrequent or slow cycle operation.

Its sharp-edged stainless steel gate cleanly cuts through slurries, semi-solids, and viscous media—making it ideal for applications where standard gate or butterfly valves would clog or fail. The rugged cast body, corrosion-resistant gate, and reinforced sealing system (PTFE or metal) ensure long-term durability, even in corrosive or abrasive environments.
