Product Overview

ZDJV and ZKJV series electric regulating ball valves feature a V-shaped ball core. When the valve is closed, the V-notch and the seat form a wedge cut, effectively avoiding the “death phenomenon” caused by residual media between the ball and seat, thus ensuring good sealing performance and flow control accuracy.

These valves:

  • Provide linear regulation and control over media with pulp, fiber, or small solid particles.

  • Offer a wide adjustable range, stable cut-off, and low flow resistance.

  • Are not suitable for general clean fluids, but are ideal for harsh media.

Operating Mechanism (Drive Mode)

  • Electric Actuation:
    • ON/OFF Control: For standard open/close operations
    • Modulating Control: Supports 4-20 mA, 0-10 V input signals for precise flow regulation
  • Features:
    • Local Control Panel: For manual override and settings
