The electric wafer soft seal butterfly valve adopts a coaxial structure. Its main components include the valve body, butterfly plate, valve seat, stem, and transmission parts. The valve seat is of detachable construction. Depending on different media and operating environments, anti-corrosion, light-weight, and anti-aging materials can be selected. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, energy systems, and other pipelines as a regulating and shut-off valve.
The valve seat and valve body are integrated with materials like sulfide, offering good anti-blocking performance, easy maintenance, and eliminating the need for additional gaskets during installation. Materials can be selected according to the medium.
Simple structure, quick to open. Butterfly plate uses streamlined design, allowing bi-directional flow, low resistance, and excellent flow characteristics.
Long service life, fewer opening and closing cycles.
Double-sealing structure ensures zero leakage.
