The Electro Hydraulic Linkage Butterfly Valve is an advanced flow control device designed for precision regulation in high-demand applications. The electro-hydraulic linkage mechanism ensures swift, reliable actuation with minimal manual intervention, even in high-pressure environments. Product Features

The Electro-Hydraulic Locking Butterfly Valve is designed with a hydraulic-driven opening mechanism and a gravity-assisted closing system. Once installed, it can function as both a gate (or butterfly) valve and a check valve, featuring minimal flow resistance. The closing process is split into two phases: an initial rapid close followed by a slower, controlled close. Both timing and angles for these stages can be adjusted to suit user requirements. The pressure-based hydraulic system ensures automatic pressure retention and reset, equipped with dual locking for added security. The accumulator version opens using a pump and closes through the accumulator, eliminating the need for counterweights, which allows for a more compact and space-efficient design. Electrical control options include standard or PLC controls, enabling local, remote, or computer-based operation with linkage functionality.
