Product Overview

The pneumatic fluorine lining control butterfly valve is composed of a pneumatic piston actuator and a PTFE-sealed butterfly valve. It is suitable for situations requiring corrosion resistance, cleanliness, and operating temperatures below 180°C. The valve uses lining technology to cover flow passage components, disc, valve body, and valve rod with thick polymer material. It exhibits excellent anti-corrosion performance and can be applied to acids, alkalis, salts, oxidants, reductants, organic solvents, and other media. This valve is ideal for gas, liquid, and semi-liquid applications in industries like chemical processing, petroleum, medicine, food, iron and steel smelting, papermaking, and hydropower systems.
