The National Standard Stainless Steel Globe Valve is a versatile valve designed to provide precise flow control and reliable shutoff in various industrial applications. Made from high-grade stainless steel, this valve offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and strength, making it ideal for harsh environments and demanding applications. The globe valve design allows for fine adjustment of flow, ensuring accurate regulation.

Product Features

◇ Structural Advantages and Characteristics

The product is designed and manufactured according to national standard GB 12235, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance.
Flap valve: the valve seat sealing surface is made of iron-based alloy or stellite (stellite) material, welded with cobalt-based alloy, offering wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
The stem undergoes surface quenching and nitriding treatment, providing strong corrosion and scratch resistance.
Compatible with various standard pipe flanges and flange sealing types to meet diverse project and customer needs.
A wide variety of body materials, packing, and gaskets are available based on actual working conditions or user requirements, suitable for different pressure, temperature, and medium conditions.
The back seat can be sealed by threaded connection or welded structure, ensuring reliable sealing. The packing can be replaced without system shutdown, improving operational convenience and efficiency.
