The Pneumatic Diaphragm Sleeve Control Valve is designed for automatic regulation of flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level in industrial process pipelines. It combines a pneumatic diaphragm actuator, sleeve-guided trim, valve body, stem, seat, packing and control accessories to provide stable throttling performance and accurate positioning.
This valve can be configured with different spool forms, including single-seat, sleeve double-seat, cage single-seat balanced, double-seat and three-way structures. According to the service condition, it can be supplied as standard type, heat dissipation type, regulation cut type, bellows seal type or jacket insulation type.
The valve is suitable for liquid, gas and steam service where stable control, reliable shutoff and material compatibility are required. Body materials, trim materials, packing and actuator configuration can be selected according to medium, pressure, temperature, leakage class and control signal requirements.
The sleeve trim structure provides stable flow regulation and reliable throttling performance for industrial control loops.
Multiple spool forms are available, including single-seat, sleeve double-seat, cage single-seat balanced, double-seat and three-way configurations.
Linear, equal percentage and parabola flow characteristics can be selected according to process control requirements.
The valve supports standard service, heat dissipation service, bellows seal service and jacket insulation service.
Body materials include WCB, CF8, CF8M and CF3M for different media and corrosion requirements.
Trim materials include 304, 316 and 316L, with optional Stellite alloy surfacing for improved wear resistance.
PTFE or flexible graphite packing can be selected according to working temperature and sealing requirements.
Leakage classes include Class IV, Class V and Class VI for different shutoff requirements.
The pneumatic diaphragm actuator can work with positioners and accepts 4–20mA, 0–10V and other control signals.
