The Pneumatic On-Off Globe Valve is a fast-acting, high-cycle shut-off valve designed for automated process pipelines, particularly Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) gas separation systems. Pneumatic actuation provides rapid and reliable opening and closing for applications that require frequent switching between operating steps.
The valve combines a pneumatic cylinder, packing assembly, bonnet/support structure, valve body and shut-off trim into a compact automated package. Its design supports in-line maintenance, allowing service of key internal components without removing the valve body from the pipeline. Wear-resistant packing and specially designed shut-off trim help maintain reliable sealing during repeated cycling.
It is widely used in PSA gas separation, gas purification, drying, alcohol dehydration, air separation and other automated gas-processing systems.
