The PTFE-Lined Globe Valve (DC Type) is a corrosion-resistant flow control valve specifically engineered for highly aggressive and corrosive media. Its internal surfaces are fully lined with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), providing superior chemical resistance and ensuring minimal contamination of the medium. The DC (straight-through) type structure ensures streamlined flow with low pressure drop, while the globe valve mechanism allows precise throttling and reliable shutoff.
Designed in accordance with international standards, this valve features a robust WCB or stainless steel body, lined with seamless, anti-permeation PTFE material. The valve stem is externally threaded and isolated from the process fluid, contributing to an extended service life and reduced maintenance in challenging chemical environments.
