Product Overview

The Safety Relief Valve is designed to safeguard pipelines and fluid systems against excessive pressure. Its durable spring-actuated mechanism ensures accurate and dependable pressure relief, maintaining the safety and stability of the system. Built with premium-grade materials, this valve delivers reliable performance and extended service life across various industrial applications.

Product Features

• Adjustable Pressure Regulation: Pressure reducing valves can be adjusted to meet specific downstream pressure needs, ensuring system stability and protection from overpressure.
• Remote and Automatic Control: The remote-controlled float valves offer automatic regulation of liquid levels in tanks, reducing manual intervention.
• Multi-Functional Control: The multi-function hydraulic control valves are designed to combine pressure regulation, flow control, and shut-off functions in a single unit.
• Safety Relief Mechanism: The safety relief valves are built to automatically release excess pressure, protecting system components from failure or damage.
• Angle-Type Connections: Angle-type float and sludge valves offer a compact, space-saving design suitable for installations in tight or limited spaces.

Specification Parameters

safety_relief_valve

The safety relief valve consists of the main valve (4), pilot valve (1), needle valve (2), ball valve (3), and pressure gauge (5).
When the pressure in the pipeline exceeds the preset safe value of pilot valve 1, the relief/holding valve will automatically relieve pressure to prevent damage to pipelines and equipment caused by overpressure.

This valve is mainly used in high-rise building fire protection testing circulation systems to prevent system failures caused by overpressure.
It helps maintain the upstream water pressure of the main valve within a specified range, ensuring stable supply pressure upstream.
