The Safety Relief Valve is specially designed to provide overpressure protection in fluid systems. This valve mainly comes in two forms: diaphragm type and piston type. It consists of the main valve (5), pilot valve (2), regulating valve (4), filter (3), and pressure gauge (1), among other components.
It is used in circulating systems of high-rise buildings to act as a pressure relief device. When the system pressure exceeds the preset level, the valve quickly opens to relieve the excess pressure, preventing damage to pipelines and equipment. It ensures the system operates safely by maintaining pressure below a defined limit.
