Product Overview

Serial self-operated nitrogen seal control valve of TangoValve Group is mainly composed of several parts including actuated valve, actuator, director, and pressure spring. It is utilized to maintain constant pressure of protective gas (generally nitrogen) on the top of containers for avoiding direct contacts of containers and materials, preventing materials from volatilizing and being oxidized, and ensuring container safety. It applies to air seal protection systems of all kinds of large-scaled storage tanks.

Product Features

When pressure in a storage tank increases to setting pressure, quick relief valve should be unlocked instantly to release excess pressure in this tank. Valve of micro pressure regulating valve requires to be opened to fill the tank with nitrogen if pressure decay occurs in it. On the condition that micro pressure regulating valve must be used below 0.1MPa while the field pressure is relatively high, it can’t be used until pressure is reduced below 0.1MPa by installed V230Y pressure regulating valve. The nominal pressure is 0.1MPa, and the pressure can be set in sections, from 0.5kPa to below 66kPa, and the medium temperature is ≤80°C.
