The Solenoid Valve Controller is an explosion-proof, intrinsically safe pilot solenoid valve designed for pneumatic actuator control in hazardous industrial areas. It is suitable for single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators used on control valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, and other automated valve packages.
This solenoid valve controller supports 5/2 and 3/2 normally closed control functions and can be mounted directly to the air supply interface of pneumatic actuators. Its stainless steel body, sealed air-path design, and IP66 protection make it suitable for outdoor, dusty, and harsh process environments.
With 24VDC power supply, 2–8 bar working pressure, and Ex ia IIC T6 explosion-proof rating, the unit provides reliable on/off pneumatic control for valve automation systems in oil and gas, chemical, power, water treatment, and general industrial applications.
