Product Overview

The stainless steel floating ball valve is a versatile and durable valve designed to provide reliable flow control in a variety of applications. Its innovative floating ball design ensures a tight seal by using fluid pressure to press the ball against the downstream seat, making it a highly effective solution for controlling the flow of liquids and gases. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this valve is suitable for harsh environments and demanding conditions.

Product Features

This stainless steel floating ball valve is designed for full-bore pipelines under PN16–PN64 pressure classes. It is suitable for cutting off media in pipelines and applicable to water, steam, oil, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc. Key features include:

a. When the valve is fully open, the flow passage and the ball port are completely aligned, ensuring minimal flow resistance and no media loss—achieving a true full-bore flow path.

b. The quarter-turn ball valve enables rapid opening and closing. Compared with gate valves, it is lighter in weight and more compact in size, allowing easy installation in pipelines.
