Product Overview

The swing check valve is a one-way valve that allows fluid to flow in one direction and automatically closes to prevent backflow. It features a hinged disc that swings open with forward flow and shuts when flow reverses, protecting equipment from pressure surges and damage. Commonly used in water, steam, oil, and gas pipelines, it is suitable for horizontal and vertical installations and available in various materials for different pressures and media.

  1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standard GB 12236, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, and excellent performance.

  2. Valve disc and seat are made from iron alloy or stellite (cobalt-based hard alloy) via surfacing welding. These materials offer excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-abrasion properties, and long service life.

  3. Flange connections and sealing surfaces can be selected based on various piping standards and engineering project requirements to meet user-specific needs.

  4. A full range of body materials and gaskets are available to suit different working pressures, temperatures, and fluid media.

  5. The disc swings open and closes outside the flow path to minimize impact from closing and reduce water hammer.

  6. The hinge pin is integrally connected with the valve flap; the built-in structure prevents external leakage and ensures greater reliability.
