The Three-Piece H-500 Ball Valve is a versatile, high-performance valve designed for industrial applications requiring reliable flow control. Made with precision investment-cast stainless steel, it offers superior durability, corrosion resistance, and high-pressure handling. Its three-piece design allows for easy maintenance and disassembly without removing the valve from the pipeline, making it a cost-effective and efficient choice for demanding environments.

Body constructed with precision investment casting using CF8M stainless steel.
End caps crafted from CF3M stainless steel through precision investment casting.
Equipped with a blow-out-proof stem and Belleville washer design to ensure long-lasting stem sealing performance.
Manual operation includes an integrated locking mechanism for added security.
Flow coefficient (Cv) ranges from 1.2 to 24.0.
Maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP): 3000 psig, or 2000 psig with the “-FP” option.
Maximum allowable working temperature (MAWT): 450°F (232°C).
Standard H-500S seat material is modified PTFE for enhanced performance.
