Product Overview

A trunnion ball valve is a quarter-turn valve designed for efficient flow control in pipelines. Unlike floating ball valves, it features a fixed ball supported by trunnions at both ends, ensuring stability under high-pressure conditions. This design allows for precise operation with lower torque requirements, making it suitable for large-scale and high-pressure applications. The valve’s construction includes spring-loaded seats that maintain a tight seal across a range of pressures, enhancing reliability and performance. Trunnion ball valves are commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation, where dependable shut-off and flow control are critical.

Product Features

Resistance to Sulfide Stress Cracking (SSC):
Trunnion ball valve wetted parts are selected in accordance with NACE MR0175 standards, including surface treatment, to ensure suitability for sour service environments.

Seal Material:
Sealing elements use alloy or metal materials, providing excellent sealing performance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Packing Ejection Prevention Design:
A blowout-proof packing box structure is adopted to prevent abnormal pressure buildup in the valve cavity from causing stem ejection. The inverted sealing structure ensures reliable packing tightness.

Wide Range of Applications:
Suitable for pipelines in chemical, petroleum, natural gas, refining, and steel industries handling corrosive or critical media.
