Control Valve Solutions for Industrial Buyers
Tailored control valve support for EPC contractors, OEMs, distributors, process plants and MRO teams—from RFQ review and valve selection to documentation, replacement and supply support.
Control Valve Supply for Distributors & Importers
Build your customer offer on clear specifications, defined supply scope and practical technical support.
MacoTango supports industrial valve distributors and importers with control valve configuration review, technical documentation and export supply coordination.
Send a customer RFQ, valve list or datasheet to review the proposed valve package, technical questions, pricing and delivery requirements.
Start with one customer requirement. Include the information you already have.

Match Our Valve Range to the Enquiries You Receive
Start with the products your customers already request. Review the relevant valve family and automation scope before discussing a broader supply relationship.
Globe, angle and three-way control valves for industrial process control requirements. Review the valve construction, materials and pneumatic or electric actuation against your customer’s operating conditions.
Explore Control ValvesOptions for pressure regulation and nitrogen-blanketing requirements. Send the required control function, set pressure and operating conditions to review the appropriate configuration.
Explore Self-Operated ValvesActuators, positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches and filter regulators for specified valve packages. Identify the required signal, feedback and accessory scope so the complete assembly is clear.
Explore Valve AccessoriesTurn Your Customer’s RFQ into an Offer You Can Explain
Give your customer more than a model number and a price.
MacoTango reviews the submitted requirement to clarify the proposed
valve assembly, identify technical questions and define the documents
needed for customer evaluation.
Proposed valve configuration
The valve, trim, actuator and accessory scope, with relevant materials, connections and control requirements identified.
Technical differences and open points
Missing information, proposed alternatives and differences from the RFQ, separated from confirmed requirements.
Customer-review documents
The applicable datasheet and available reference drawings, with document status and any later submission stage identified.
Keep technical review and purchasing information separate. Request the technical submission separately from the supplier quotation so you can prepare your own customer offer without mixing technical information with your purchasing price.
Incomplete RFQ? Send what you have. Selection-critical information needs to be confirmed before the final configuration is released.

Know the Supply Cost Before You Set Your Selling Price
Compare the complete offered package—not only the valve unit price.
Review the configuration, quantity, delivery basis and commercial conditions together so you can prepare your customer quotation on a clear purchasing basis.
Package Price & Options
Identify what is included in the quoted assembly: valve, actuator, positioner, accessories and specified documentation. Requested options, additional inspection and other separately priced items should remain visible.
Order Quantity & Repeat Demand
For a project order, send quantities, the valve list and specification revision. For repeat supply, reference the previous order and identify changes. For a proposed stock range, list configurations and expected demand. Pricing, current availability and lead times are confirmed for the quoted package.
Delivery Basis & Timing
Confirm the delivery term, named delivery point and the conditions that start the quoted lead time. Identify whether freight is included and whether packing dimensions and weights are estimated or final.
Payment Terms & Offer Validity
Review the quotation currency, payment milestones and validity period before making commitments to your customer. Any requested changes should be agreed before order confirmation.
A useful quotation makes inclusions, exclusions and conditions visible.

Review the Evidence Behind the Proposed Supply
Assess the proposed valve package through relevant technical documents, inspection records and identifiable assembly details—not only a product photograph.
Review how a valve configuration is documented, including the main specifications, assembly scope and items requiring customer confirmation.
An available sample can show the record format, valve identification and test conditions. It does not report results for your order. Agree the applicable inspection scope and acceptance limits against the purchase specification; final records should identify the supplied assembly and actual results.
Check how the valve, actuator, accessories and package identification are presented, together with the protection and packing arrangement used for shipment.
Start with a Defined Order. Build Repeat Supply from There.
Use a clearly scoped first order to evaluate product fit, documentation and cooperation before expanding the supply relationship.
Agree how the order will be confirmed, monitored, checked and supported.
Reference the agreed technical and commercial revisions. Resolve items affecting manufacturing before production release, including any proposed alternatives requiring acceptance.
Define the applicable drawing submissions, production updates and inspection points. Confirm how the delivery schedule depends on technical approval and other agreed order conditions.
Match the valve identification, quantities, agreed documents and packing information to the confirmed order before shipment.
Use the previous order reference, valve tag or serial number when requesting technical support, spare parts or repeat supply. Confirm any configuration changes before the next order.
MacoTango provides a one-year free warranty for the supplied valves. Issues covered by the agreed warranty scope will be supported free of charge during the warranty period. For service enquiries, provide the valve identification, operating conditions and a clear description of the issue.

Send Your Customer RFQ
Share the RFQ, datasheet or valve list. We’ll review the valve requirement, quotation scope and key technical points.
Questions Before You Source Control Valves for Your Customer
No formal distributor agreement is needed to start a technical or commercial discussion. Send a current customer RFQ, valve list or datasheet first. Any longer-term distributor, territory or stocking arrangement can be discussed separately after the actual supply requirements are clear.
You can begin with the project reference and technical requirements; end-customer contact details are not required for the initial review. Tell us how customer communication should be handled. Any direct end-customer communication, confidentiality, project protection or territory arrangement should be agreed before sensitive information is shared.
Yes. Send the original datasheet, model reference, nameplate, drawing or required specification. We compare the operating duty, materials, connections, dimensions, actuation and accessories before proposing an alternative. Any technical differences or items requiring customer approval are identified in the proposal.
Order requirements depend on the valve type, configuration and quantity. Send the required quantity for each item and we will confirm the applicable pricing, lead time and order conditions in the quotation. A complete annual purchasing commitment is not required simply to request a quotation.
Yes. Share the valve products you sell, typical configurations, expected quantities and order frequency. We can review product fit, repeat-order references, pricing basis, lead-time requirements and the information needed to keep recurring supply consistent.
