Control Valve Supplier
Control Valve Manufacturer
MacoTango is a control valve manufacturer supporting industrial flow, pressure, temperature and level control applications. We supply engineered control valve packages with pneumatic or electric actuators, positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches and other accessories selected around the operating conditions of each project.
Our product range includes globe control valves, angle control valves, three-way control valves, rotary control valves, self-operated pressure control valves and automated shut-off valves. From initial valve sizing and material review to assembly, testing and documentation, our team helps EPC contractors, plants, OEMs and distributors prepare a practical control valve configuration for the process duty.

Industrial Control Valve Product Range
Select products by regulation duty, valve motion, pressure drop, medium, response requirement and installation condition. MacoTango supports control valves, self-operated control valves, actuated ball valves, actuated butterfly valves and control valve accessories for modulating control, automated shut-off and complete process automation packages.
Control Valve Supply Support for EPC, Plant and Distributor Projects
MacoTango supports EPC teams, plant maintenance buyers, valve distributors and OEM customers with practical control valve supply coordination. Share the process data sheet, piping class, current valve details, actuator requirements, inspection rules and document schedule, and our team can help review valve sizing inputs, body and trim materials, actuator configuration, accessories, connection standard and export documents before commercial confirmation.

Control Valve Engineering Support
Control Valve Engineering Support for Severe Service Conditions
Control valve selection depends on medium, flow rate, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, temperature, pressure drop, shut-off requirement, actuator type and required control accuracy. MacoTango helps buyers review process conditions, severe service risks, trim selection, actuator configuration and RFQ documentation before final valve selection.

Flow, Pressure and Temperature Control

Control Valve Manufacturing Capability
MacoTango coordinates the control valve manufacturing workflow from material preparation and machining to trim assembly, actuator mounting, inspection and packing. The objective is to deliver a complete control valve package that matches the approved technical specification and is ready for site integration.
- Pressure-part preparation
- Precision machining
- Trim and actuator assembly
- Inspection and packing
For projects that require witness inspection, additional testing or specific document formats, include the inspection and test plan with the inquiry so the requirements can be reviewed before order confirmation.
Send Valve RequirementsQuality Inspection Process
Control valve quality depends on material conformity, pressure integrity, internal alignment, trim condition and actuator performance. The applicable inspection scope should be confirmed in the purchase specification and inspection plan. The following checks can be incorporated according to the valve type and project requirements.

Verify Flow Performance Before Delivery
Where flow-related verification is specified, the valve configuration and travel behavior are reviewed against the approved sizing and trim data. The goal is to confirm that the selected trim, rated Cv and flow characteristic correspond to the documented control duty.
Confirm Material Grade and Reduce Procurement Risk
Material certificates and identification records can be reviewed for pressure-retaining and trim components. Positive material identification may be arranged when required by the project specification, especially for alloy or corrosion-resistant materials.
Check Pressure Strength and Sealing Reliability
Shell pressure and seat leakage tests are performed according to the agreed valve standard, pressure rating and leakage requirement. Test records should identify the valve, test medium, pressure, duration and result.
Improve Material Traceability for Project Orders
Heat numbers, tags and document references can be coordinated to support traceability between the finished valve and the applicable material records. Project-specific traceability requirements should be stated before production begins.
Control Assembly Accuracy and Valve Operation
Dimensional checks, stem or shaft movement, valve travel, actuator stroke, opening direction and fail action are verified during final assembly. Positioner calibration and accessory function can also be checked when included in the package.
Review Long-Term Operation Reliability
Packing arrangement, guiding surfaces, trim movement, actuator sizing margin and accessory selection are reviewed with service conditions in mind. For cycling or demanding duties, the maintenance strategy and recommended spare parts should also be considered.
Confirm Wall Thickness and Casting Quality
Visual inspection and dimensional checks help identify casting defects, surface problems and insufficient wall conditions. Additional nondestructive examination can be arranged when required by the material specification or inspection plan.
Verify Material Condition and Wear Resistance
Hardness checks or surface-treatment records may be used for hardened trim and wear-resistant components. This is particularly relevant where pressure drop, particles, erosion or repeated throttling can accelerate internal wear.
